Get your car spiffed up in a flash while saving time, and money. You’ll finally get to show off your great looking car.

Let’s get started!

Vehicle Cleaning 101

Make sure that your vehicle is cool and dry before you begin cleaning. You don’t want water or moisture causing cracks or scratches on your car.

Also, make sure that you have all of your supplies nearby so that nothing gets left behind. The last thing you want is to realize that you are missing something important while washing your car.

What You Need

Here’s a checklist of essential car cleaning products for a professional car wash:

  • Soap
  • A bucket and warm water
  • A car brush
  • Soft Cloth
  • A microfiber cloth
  • An all-purpose cleaner
  • Tire shine
  • Rubber gloves
  • Glass cleaner
  • Vacuum
  • Water Hose
  • Wax

Wash It

Start by giving your vehicle a rinse in an open area. This will allow you to see any areas that need extra attention. Wash your car using high-quality car soap.

Next, use a bucket and sponge and start scrubbing.

After washing, give your car another rinse, and then let it air dry for at least one hour before moving on to waxing or polishing.

Wax It

Apply wax with a soft cloth, taking care not to get it on your paint job or rubber seals. A little goes a long way.

Once you’re done applying, let it dry in direct sunlight for an hour before driving off into the sunset. The sun will help set and cure your wax so it will last longer.

Interior

When it comes to mats, shake out any debris or dirt that has been accumulated there before vacuuming. Then give them a good scrubbing with soap and water. Hang them up to dry.

Once you’ve vacuumed the entire interior, use glass cleaner on your windows and mirrors, and let them air dry. You can also use a microfiber cloth to wipe away smudges.

Vehicle Care

Use a good quality car cover to prevent dust, insects, and bird droppings from sticking. The better quality of your cover, the longer it will last.

Choose a water repellent cover (for summer) and polyethylene or polypropylene (for winter). This will protect your car from fading and dulling in color. It will also reduce surface scratches on the paintwork and keep it looking sleek and shiny for months to come.

Final Step

Now that your vehicle cleaning is all done and you’ve removed any dirt or dust, it’s time to seal it off with a car scent diffuser product. These machines help cleanse and sanitize your car while also adding fresh scents into the air.
